THEY first met Casa-Dea Founder, Domenic in November of 2015. Casa-Dea is the largest and one of the oldest (EST in 2000) vineyards in Ontario’s new wine regions, Prince Edward County (a.k.a. The County). Domenic purchased the vineyard and winery in 2009 after the previous owners struggled to make it work.
After extensive primary research, two things became apparent. First, Casa-Dea had become the ‘forgotten grandfather’ among the now 60+ wineries in The County. Second, the existing brand was flat, pedestrian and lacked consumer appeal. More importantly, the brand story was missing from all marketing materials. Read more at casadeaestates.com/story
