THE CASE

Bathworks is a premium retailer of bath and kitchen fixtures with stores in Kingston, Belleville, Ajax, Barrie, and St. Catherine's. A client since 2005, THEY Integrated is responsible for its digital properties, brand positioning, and developing and executing annual integrated marketing campaigns.

THE APPROACH

Early in the realationship THEY worked closely with Bathworks management to better define their brand position. It began with the implementation of our DNA Discovery Process, a proprietary and in-depth research and brand audit process. Then we evaluated the marketing budget and media plan to ensure that marketing efforts were targeted and efficient moving forward. Each year, THEY Integrated works with Bathworks to develop an annual marketing campaign, budget, and media plan based on annual goals and objectives.

THE OUTCOME

In their first year with THEY Integrated, Bathworks enjoyed a 20% sales growth in retail stores and continues to see sales growth year after year.
